Mike

President/CEO

Mike is the visionary founder and President of Joysn-West. With a deep-rooted passion for community empowerment and educational access, Mike leads the organization with a clear mission: to transform Roseboro into a beacon of opportunity through leadership development and STEM education. His experience in organizational leadership, community outreach, and long-term vision planning has been the foundation of Joysn-West’s growth. Mike treats his role as a full-time mission, investing time and strategy into building something that will outlast a generation.

Renauld

VP/Program Director

Renauld brings over a decade of experience managing large-scale construction, development, and nonprofit initiatives. As Project Director at Joysn-West, Renauld is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the building remodel and campus vision. His practical expertise ensures that every renovation dollar is well-spent and aligned with the nonprofit’s mission. Renauld’s part-time dedication is backed by full-time heart and deep commitment to creating safe, functional, and inspiring community spaces.

Myrick

VP/Director of Community Engagement

Myrick serves as Joysn-West’s bridge to the community, cultivating relationships with local residents, partners, and potential donors. With a strong background in community organizing and youth mentorship, Myrick ensures that the voices of Roseboro are heard and represented in every aspect of Joysn-West’s development. He plays a key role in planning programs, recruiting volunteers, and keeping the pulse of the community at the heart of every decision.
